Wot an amazin transformation from Lozz Wood 13 3/4 inches lost. 10lbs n 3% body fat in jus 8 weeks. All done with our 8 week online drop a waist size, calorie controlled healthy eating & 1 group personal trainin session a week. Lozz goes to classes in the gym but we gave her our challenge & personal trainin in addition to what she was doin & the results spk 4 themselves. Way t go lady u ave done awesome. Keep it up  :)

Im Dawn im 29 years old so will be hitting the big 30 this year. I have one daughter who is 4....of whom i love to bits however since her birth ive put on weight,lost muscle tone and become generally unfit. I knew I needed to do something but what?? The thought of a gym petrified me....people watching,laughing, sniggering nope not for me thank you! 

Then I heard about Gem & Phil at the PT Suite well let me tell you how they transformed my body and my confidence!!.

Working out one on one in a private log cabin was perfect setting for me to feel relaxed yet pushed to my limits enough so to imediatley start seeing fab results in weeks!! Alongside training I was introduced to herbalife a nutrious shake/eating plan. This I must admit ive not stuck too religiously but my god im so pleased with my results so far!! 

Gem & Phil are a great couple always encouraging and best of all down to earth....they know the pitfalls and the excuses and all the rest of it and they are always positive...Driving you to your goal weight and body!! My confidence has grown my waist size has shrunk I could not be happier....

After loosing 10lbs and loads of inches all over my body I can tell the difference & its great to get compliments of friends and strangers...THANK YOU guys its all down to your help and dedication that im doing so well and I will continue to join you three times a week for half an hour of intense trainning to keep me heading towards my goal and beyond :))

Dont put it off till tommorrow like I used to....contact the PT suite and start that journey today!!

After having my 2nd child I felt more than unfit and unhappy with my figure post pregnancy. My friend has transformed herself going to the PT Suite and Gemma and Phil came highly recommended. I was unconfident and didn't know what to expect, as I had not exercised properly for at least 3 years and 2 kids had really taken it's toll on my body! I was cons...tantly tired and had no motivation when I started and now after just 3 months I feel like a different person! I am full of energy, I have already lost inches and pounds, I feel confident and more importantly I really enjoy training! Gemma and Phil have made me feel more than welcome and have tailored my work outs to my needs. I'm a mum with 2 very young kids, I work and my lifestyle is very hectic, but I still find the time to work out at the PT Suite and more importantly I really want to! I have goals and targets and I'm sure with the help of Gemma and Phil I will reach them! Thanks guys!

Bootcamp really motivates you & gives you that extra push! Gemma really does make you work extra hard... but thats why we love it... Thanks Gemma!!

It leaves you feeling revitalized & full of energy. The weight drops off if done in the correct way by following Gemma's healthy eating & consuming plenty of fluid!

I'm not sure where to start. I started training with Gemma a few years ago, and finally realised how having a personal trainer can literally change your life!!!

I became slimmer fitter firmer and after a very messy divorce Gemma gave me the confidence I needed to move on in my life!!!; I then broke my arm,& all my training and hard work , went to pot...!!!!

Usual story , got myself in a rut!!! Then once again Gemz pulled me out of that rut.... Got me back in the pt suite and her and phil started training me again!!!they give me the confidence reassurance and motivation to want to train....& you know what???? I love absolutely every moment of it!!!!

This is now my 5th Bootcamp with Gemma,

I have found them all very motivational, you can feel every muscle working and every bit of fat burning they really are a great way to burn those calories and tone up those bits.

I feel lighter and full of energy and has given me the boost to carry on doing my own exercises till the next one.

The early morning boot camp was great fun, really motivating with brilliant results.

After 1 week of the intensive training I lost approx. 1" around my waist & toned up everywhere.

The early morning start was easy to fit in my daily life of school runs & work, and made me feel refreshed & motivated for the rest of the day.

Well i thoroughly enjoyed my second bootcamp! Worked harder than i ever do at the gym, lost an inch from my thighs and waist! Laughed a lot, and worked hard in a very friendly atmosphere.

Just finished Gemma's bootcamp and it's been an amazing week. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone, Gemma is a fantastic instructor and really motivates you. The week is full of surprises and if you prepare yourself for a lot of hard work you will get the results you want to achieve. I lost inches from my waist, stomach and hips!

I am so pleased with my results as I was determined to succeed and Gemma made this possible.

I'd just like to say a big thanks after completing my first ever bootcamp I'm hooked. I feel fitter and firmer and have managed to loose a total of 1.5 inches. I can't believe I'm saying it but It was great fun at 6.35am on a grey rainy day jumping around like a looney on a soggy football pitch with other girls of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

Gema kept us all going with encouragement and inovative exercise. I'll be back.

Having not trained for a number of years, attending bootcamp created some personal anxiety, but the welcome was lovely, everyone was so friendly & the training was taylored to my ability.

I loved bootcamp it was amazing. Really didnt think i would be fit enough to do it but i surprised myself. I only lost a couple of pounds but so wished i measureed myself because i felt so much better, looking forward to the next one.

Hey Gem ive lost 3lbs!!! Clothes defo feel better/looser i feel great! I'm gonna get measured next time because its inch loss i can feel rather than the weight!

I had a great time at bootcamp i feel fitter & clothes fit better. I did gain a pound or two but its muscle as i have defo toned up! I felt lost last night with no bootcamp, role on the next one.

If you are looking to lose weight and/or improve your fitness look no further than Gemma.

She has an extremely professional manner and makes you feel at ease straight away. She inspires, motivates and gets results you wouldn't believe possible. 

Her knowledge and experience shows and confirms why so many of the British Superbike riders, some who have ridden at world level, rely on Gemma to help them be at the top of their game.

Everything I have done with Gemma, be it PT or Insanity has been brilliant.

I have been training with Gemma for over 3 years and she has made a great difference to my fitness and posture.

I used to have a chronic pain in my hip which I could not do anything about 
but after Gemma analysed the problem she came up with a series of exercises and stretches for me to do which got rid of the problem within about 2 months.

On the fitness side she keeps me interested with different exercises so I never get bored and the results have been great, my posture has greatly improved as well as my fitness levels.

It is always great fun and very challenging working out with Gemma
and I would recommend her to anyone who is keen to improve their fitness or posture.

Gemma is always so enthusiastic it's hard not to work hard with her!

I have been having personal training sessions with Gemma for the past 4 years and love them, she always varies the challenges and makes you push yourself to your limits.

I have also just completed the August bootcamp, now this WAS hard but addictive at the same time! It has really given me a boost to lose a few extra pounds and I am now counting down the days until the September one, I can't wait!

I have suffered with lower back sciatica and neck pain for approx 20yrs.

During this time i have seen consultants,physios,chiropractors.unfortunately i found very little relief from these treatments.

I heard about Gemma from a friend. i have been seeing Gemma for approx 18 months for sports massage every 3 weeks during this time my condition has improved immensely. 

I had to take medication on a daily basis. I no longer need it. I also had a course of corrective exercise with gemma which identified my weak muscles etc this also helped me. my health and fitness has improved greatly. I now do boot camps with gemma just completed my 4th can't wait to do my 5th in September.

Not being particularly sporty by nature but having continually struggling with my weight I have attended gyms on and off for around ten years with little success. About three years ago now I started training with Gemma and I cannot believe the results, which have been amazing.  My sessions with Gemma are both fun and challenging and even more importantly keep me motivated! - I would recommend anyone to give Gemma a try.

Since February 2007 I have had a weekly personal training session with Gemma. I originally started my sessions to tone up and improve my strength, as I rarely did weight training on my own.

My strength and tone have definitely improved as a result of my PT sessions with Gemma and I have continued to have them to stay in shape. She keeps you motivated and does a variety of exercises including kettlebells, TRX suspension training and flexi bar, so it never gets boring! 

I also recently did Gemma’s bootcamp. This consisted of 5 workouts starting at 6:30am each morning for a period of one week and involved both cardiovascular and strength training. The early mornings were tough but the camaraderie with other participants helps to keep you going and you feel great after!

I would certainly recommend both bootcamp and PT sessions.

This was the first boot camp I have ever done, although I found it very very hard it was addictive at the same time, the varied exercises were all very intense and you could feel muscles working you didn't think you had. 

Gemma keeps you motivated all the way through the sessions which gives you that boost to carry on till the end.

I noticed results after the week of hard work and will be attending Gemmas next boot camp.

I have recently been recommended to see Gemma for sports massage by a friend and colleague. I must say it has been the best thing I have done!

Gemma has helped loosen the tension in my back and legs and I will definitely be seeing her again regularly.

I have also recently done my 1st bootcamp with Gemma and even though there was pain there was definitely gain, I felt fantastic! I cant wait for september!

I recently did my second bootcamp with Gemma in Rosehill Park in Rawmarsh, it's really challenging, motivating and is great to do some exercise in the fresh air (we were lucky the whole week with the weather!) 

Also there are all shapes and sizes and people of varying ability but Gemma always makes sure there are easier alternatives available for those who are not as fit as some or who have conditions which restrict them. 

I lost a total of 5lbs during the 5 days and felt more toned and fitter.  The extra touches like free water and a piece of fruit at the end of the session were nice too.  

I am looking forward to doing more bootcamps with Gemma in the future - thanks Gemz you are an inspiration :-) xxx

The feeling is great after an hours personal training with Gemma,she pushes you to the very max every single time, even when you think you cant do anymore Gemma always gives you the strength to find a bit more. 

I am loving the results i am having after pt sessions twice a week with Gem, she has taught me alot especially the use of kettlebells which i was not familiar with in the past.

I originally joined The PT Suite as Gemma's early morning Boot Camp sessions had been recommended to me as a fun way to exercise.
I attended and they were!
A change at work meant I was no longer able to attend Boot Camp.
Disappointed, I took a regular evening training session with Phil who soon had me working harder than Gemma’s Bootcamp ever had!
That was back when Phil first joined The PT Suite.
I now attend two evening sessions per week and am well into working my way to achieving my own personal goals with Phil's drive and inspiration behind me all the way.
Every session is specifically designed by Phil to meet my needs, keep me focused and to drive on to reach those targets.
I know that with Gemma & Phil's drive, enthusiasm, commitment and flexible approach to personal training I am on the road to realising my own dreams and the body I want.
